   1. Be and think positive.

  3. Don't worry about what others think, and try not to let what they say get to you.


4. Always be your-self.


 5. Don't change for anybody but your-self.


 6. Know that it's okay to go to people when you are having a hard time.


 7. Know that people do love you. 


8. Do what's right, not what's cool.


 9. Stand up for your-self and others.


10. Think about who your real friends are.
